Cultural Diversity And Equal Employment: Systematic Literature Review (Slr) Bibliometric Analysis

Abstract

Cultural diversity and equality of work is very important at this time. The aim of this article is to utilize VOSViewer to evaluate and perform a systematic analysis of bibliometric data and to examine the influence of cultural diversity and equal employment in the workplace. The novelty of this research is that from previous research no one has studied the variable "cultural diversity and work equality" using the Bibliometric and SLR methods. This study used the Bibliometric analysis method and the SLR database obtained from Web ScienceDirect and Google Scholar, where this was used as supporting data and data search on Web ScienceDirect from 2017 to 2022. In the data search process, 30 journals were found that were related to the research variable. In this case, after collecting all data, co-authorship, co-occurrence, title, and abstract will all be checked using the VOSviewer program. So that the results of this study are to provide benefits for the Company, namely to benefit from diversity by obtaining various perspectives, experience, creativity, innovation, knowledge, and the ability to solve problems and make the right decisions. The findings of a literature review conducted using a bibliometric analysis approach are expected can serve as a guideline for presenting an overview of diversity.
