Abstract

This research seeks to understand how Leadership and Teamwork are still necessary even though these concepts are changing over time. We have analyzed the novelty of the last 5 years in trying to shape organizations that focus on leadership in high-performance management, and how Teamwork is able to conceptualize leadership based on the experience gained from the task at hand. We analyzed 30 articles with the aim of finding which one dominates between Leadership and Teamwork to create organizational success
