Abstract

As an expatriate, they face many difficulties such as unfamiliarity with the foreign place and lack of cultural adjustment training, international failure rate of more than 40% due to hiring the wrong employees and expatriates not being able to adapt to the new location, culture, and language barrier as a result, the organization lost a lot of money. The purpose of this study is to examine expatriate themes. Review articles using bibliometric analysis techniques with the VosViewer Application with a total database of 100 international journals from the 2018-2022 period. The results of this analysis have identified the most active and influential co-authorship, co-occurance, and citations in this field. The elaboration and visualization of the origin mapping where the keyword analysis will occur conveys the development of the expatriate theme.
