Organizational Culture in Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Martapura

Abstract
Organizational culture is one part of the management of human resource management that characterizes or characterizes an organization. This character can distinguish one organization from another and play a role in the existence of an organization. In this study, identification was carried out on the organizational culture that characterizes darussalam Martapura boarding school. Research is conducted with a qualitative approach and literature review. The data used was obtained from observations and interviews with the management and santri Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Martapura. The results of this study show that for one hundred and seven years the establishment of Darussalam Martapura boarding school maintains some traditions that exist since the beginning of its establishment, including in the curriculum of learning and leadership. The curriculum used to this day still uses classics or yellow books without being accompanied by general subjects. While the leadership characteristics applied are charismatic clerics who become role models of the local community without any restrictions on the leadership period. The results of the identification of organizational culture that has been done can be a reference in the management and development of Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Martapura.
