Work Life Balance: A Bibliometric Analysis

Abstract

Ethnobotany is a field of science that studies the relationship between humans and plants, in this case the traditional use of plants for daily needs. This study aims to determinate the utilization and value of local wisdom from the lontar plant (Borassus flabellifer) in Laitutun Village. This research is a qualitative descriptive research in the from of written words with purposive sampling of 62 respondents usisng in-depth interviews an documentation. The results showed that the organ parts of the lontar plant (Borassus flabellifer) which are utilized in Laitutun Village are leaves, midribs, stems, flowers and fruit as a form of effort to meet needs. The value of local wisdom that is still attached and maintained from the lontar plant itself is social, economic and cultural values
