Abstract

Egypt is one of the countries that has a fairly developed tourism sector. Tourism is one of the main sources of income for the Egyptian people. Egypt has a very distinctive cultural heritage. Egypt has a close socio-cultural and historical relationship with Indonesia. The majority of Indonesian people are Muslim with a history so that Indonesia is one of the potential market shares in the development of Egyptian tourism. The question is whether the current potential has been managed properly so that it can make Indonesia the main tourism market for Egypt? This is what makes this research important. Communication media that is very easy to access at this time is through digital media. One of the digital media that is used as a travel reference is a website. So this research will specifically measure the interest of outbound tourists to visit Egypt after receiving Egypt tourism information from https://egypt.travel/. The study involved 120 people from the Indonesian tourist community. In the assessment using the e-webqual 4.0 model, it is based on three research areas, namely: information quality from information systems, interaction quality and usability from human computer interaction. The data obtained and processed using SPSS and using Multiple Linear Regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study, there is a positive and significant influence on website consumer satisfaction.
