Abstract

This research focuses on uncovering employee job anxiety in Yogyakarta, involving a sample of 100 participants selected through convenience sampling and assessed using a Likert scale questionnaire ranging from 1 to 5. The analysis, conducted descriptively, reveals that the overall level of employee job anxiety is relatively low. Future research should delve into the multifaceted factors contributing to work anxiety. Expanding on these findings will provide a more comprehensive insight into the nuances of employee anxiety, aiding in the development of targeted interventions and support strategies. Further exploration may include investigating workplace dynamics, individual stressors, and coping mechanisms to create a holistic approach to mitigating job-related anxiety in the Yogyakarta context
