The Effect Of Career Development, Work Environment, And Self-Efficacy On Organizational Commitment
Abstract
This study aims to prove empirically from career development, work environment, and self-efficacy to organizational commitments. The population in this study were 50 employees. The sample selection in this study used the saturated sample method with predetermined criteria of 50 samples. The type of data used is secondary data. This hypothesis was tested using descriptive test, statistical test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially career development variables have a significant effect on organizational commitment, work environment variables have a significant effect on organizational commitment, self-efficacy variables affect organizational commitment, career development variables, work environment, and self-efficacy have a significant effect on organizational commitment.
