Abstract

Problem Formulation Is there an influence of compensation and work accidents either partially or together on the performance of goods delivery at PT. Sicepat Ekspress Indonesia with hazard operability study as a mediating variable. The purpose of the study To determine the influence of compensation and work accidents either partially or together on the performance of goods delivery at PT. Sicepat Ekspress Indonesia with hazard operability study as a mediating variable.The results of the study are that compensation has an effect on employee goods delivery because the results obtained are 0.001 <0.05. 2), compensation has an effect on the hazard operability study at PT. Sicepat Ekspres Indonesia, this is obtained by the results of 0.003 <0.05, there is an effect of work accidents on employee goods delivery, and gets a result of 0.005 <0.05, there is an effect of work accidents on the hazard operability study at PT. Sicepat Ekspres Indonesia with a value of 0.001 <0.05. 5), there is an effect of compensation and work accidents on the performance of goods delivery at PT. Sicepat Ekspres Indonesia of 0.001 <0.05, there is an effect of compensation and work accidents on the hazard operability study at PT. Sicepat Ekspres Indonesia of 0.000 <0.05. 7)As much as 60.8% of compensation and work accidents affect the performance of goods delivery at PT. Sicepat Ekspres Indonesia with Hazard Operability Study as a mediating variable.
