The Effect Of Motivation And Work Discipline On Achieving Employee Work Goals In The Makassar City DPRD

Abstract

The objectives of this study are as follows: 1) To analyze the effect of motivation on employee work goals at the Makassar City DPRD Office. 2) To analyze the effect of work discipline on employee work objectives at the Makassar City DPRD Office. 3) To analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline simultaneously on employee work objectives at the Makassar City DPRD Office. The number of samples used in this study were 70 employees from the Makassar City DPRD Office.

The results of this study indicate that variables X1 (motivation) and X2 (work discipline) have a positive influence on variable Y (work objectives), both separately and simultaneously. In other words, motivation and work discipline make a positive contribution to employee work objectives.
