Abstract
This study is directed to examine the extent to which the work environment, organizational culture, and compensation affect the level of employee engagement at PT PLN Nusantara Power UP Kaltim Teluk. The method used is a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires to 96 respondents which were determined based on the calculation of the Cochran formula with the application of simple random sampling techniques. Data processing and analysis were carried out using multiple linear regression methods assisted by SPSS applications. The research findings indicate that individually the work environment and organizational culture exert a positive and significant influence on employee attachment, while compensation does not show a significant influence. However, together these three variables have been proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee attachment. The value of the determination coefficient (R²) of 0.517 means that 51.7% of the variation in employee attachment can be explained by the three independent variables, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside the framework of this study
