Analyzing The Impact Of Organizational Communication And Organizational Citizenship Behavior On Nurse Performance With Mediation Of Job Satisfaction At Malang Lavalette Hospital

Abstract

The objective of research is to analyze the impact of organizational communication and organizational citizenship behavior on nurse performance with mediation of job satisfaction at the Lavalette Hospital of Malang City. The research is carried out to propose solutions to the problems encountered by many hospitals nowadays such as inexpedient educational background and poor interpersonal skill. Research approach is quantitative because the research examines theories by measuring variables. Research type is explanatory research. Data type is primary data collected with questionnaire. Data analysis technique involves descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square. Research sample is determined with proportional random sampling. Several results have been obtained in this research, respectively: organizational communication has significant effect on job satisfaction; organizational citizenship behavior has significant effect on job satisfaction; organizational communication has significant effect on nurse performance; organizational citizenship behavior does not have significant effect on nurse performance; job satisfaction has significant effect on nurse performance; job satisfaction mediates the effect of organizational communication on nurse performance; and job satisfaction mediates the effect of organizational citizenship behavior on nurse performance
