Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of psychological capital and adaptive performance behavior on retail employee productivity at the research object is PT. Matahari Dept. Store Suncity Madiun. The population studied were all employees of PT. Matahari Dept. Store Suncity Madiun as many as 125 people with a sampling technique that is a saturated sample. The regression results show that there is a positive and significant influence of psychological capital of 0.258 on employee productivity, and there is a positive and significant influence of adaptive performance behavior of 0.546 on employee productivity. The coefficient of determination test shows that there is an influence of psychological capital and adaptive performance behavior on employee productivity by 55.8%, which means an increase in employee of PT. Matahari Dept. Store Suncity Madiun during organizational change is influenced by psychological capital and adaptive behavior.
