Abstract

This study aims to determine how big the role of RPK in food price stabilization, as well as the success of this program implementation, and the internal and external factors that affect the role of RPK in food price stabilization in Ambon city. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique and obtained research sample of 92 respondents. The research method used was descriptive qualitative supported by quantitative methods to strengthen qualitative data. The results of the study revealed that the RPK program played a huge role with an 87% presentation in the stabilization of food prices in Ambon city. This program's implementation has successfully maintained food price stability, and also approach the access of the staple food to the community with the specified HET with the 87% success rate.
