Analysis Of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Role In Maximizing Nurse Performance Achievements
Abstract
The purpose of the study was to determine the role of organizational citizenship behavior on the influence of workload and work stress on nurse performance. This study uses a type of explanatory research that is useful for testing between variables. The research model used is a Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) model based on the Partial Least Square (PLS) variant using Smart PLS software version 3.2. The data sources used are primary data derived from questionnaires, and secondary data in the form of an overview. The population in this study was 270 nurses in the Central Sumba Regency area. The sample determination used the slovin formula, and obtained a proportional sample result of 73 respondents. The measuring instrument in this study was in the form of a questionnaire using a likert scale. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The results showed that workload and work stress affect organizational citizenship behavior, workload and work stress do not affect nurse performance, organizational citizenship behavior affects nurse performance, and organizational citizenship behavior plays a full role in mediating the relationship between the influence of workload and work stress on nurse performance.
